How To Deal With Difficult People At Work With Skill, Composure and TactFriday, June 17, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (ET)New York, United States |

Event Details
There’s nothing that drives down productivity like working with an individual who is impossible to get along with. From chronic complainers who drive you crazy with their negativity to space invaders who do not respect your personal boundaries, to power mongers who turn every interaction into a tug-of-war; the workplace is filled with difficult people. At best, difficult people can make your work life unpleasant. At worst, they can cause you to lose sight of the big picture or say and do things that you might later regret. The good news is that it is fully within your grasp not to let difficult people get the best of you. This workshop will show you how to maintain your sanity and professionalism when dealing with difficult personality types at the office. Specifically, you will learn how to skillfully handle the 5 most common difficult personality-types and take control of your emotions when dealing with people who push your buttons. The focus of this workshop will be on employee interactions, not client/worker interactions.
Please Note: Autographed copies of Cassandra Mack's book, "Succes Starts Now: Timeless Strategies To Help You Win," will be available for purchase for the price of $10.00 cash or money order payable directly at the seminar. For a listing of her books, go to: www.strategiesforempoweredliving.com
